1. What is the shipping time frame? Our shipping time frame is 5-7 business days. Please do not contact customer service before 7 business days.

What do I do? Check your selections and try again. Make sure that you have made a selection. Some items require you to select either the size, color, etc.

Refund/Return Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund. Shipped items may be returned for a full refund less a 20% restocking fee. Item must be in original packaging and condition. All items that were damaged prior to receipt will be fully refunded. All returns must go through customer service. Please call 469-357-8450 to log returns.
